Camp Cowboy

10:00 am - 6:00 pm

This camp is designed to have evaluations led by the coaching Cowboy coaching staff for players throughout the country who aspire to compete at the NCAA Division 1 level. Players will showcase their skills in a pro-style workout and receive instruction from the Oklahoma State University coaches.

Throughout the camp campers will have a chance to work out at their primary positions offensively and defensively. Pitchers will throw a 20-pitch bullpen.

During the camp, there will be a facility tour and campers will meet with Oklahoma State support staff. Presentations by the coaching staff will be conducted as well.

Advance Hitting School and Defensive Camp - Session 1

January 20, 2024

8th-12th grades and 2nd year Jr. College students

9 am - 1 pm

This camp is designed to provide campers with top notch instruction in the areas of swing mechanics, offensive theory and philosophy, and defensive skills of all positions. Modern technology including blast motion, rapsodo hitting, hit Trax, and edgertronic cameras will play a role in maximizing the learning environment as well a professional style workout to evaluate defensive skills and movements. Come join the entire Cowboy coaching staff as we prepare for the 2023 season with this outstanding skills camp designed for the passionate player who wishes to take his game to the next level. Participants must be between grades 8-12 and 2nd year junior college student. 50 spots available

Rob Walton Pitching School - Session 1

A comprehensive pitching school designed to teach the fundamentals of the delivery, provide daily drills and fundamentals to develop proper arm action and maximize command and control and provide daily arm care and strength plan to develop both in season and out of season. This camp touches on the movements included in a high level delivery and isolates key phases of the command and control component of elite strike throwers. In addition to drills and programming campers will throw bullpens with modern data collection via rapsodo pitching and edgertronic camera viewing for learning and evaluation.  Participants must be between grades 8-12 and 2nd year junior college student.

Catching Camp

8th-12th grades and 2nd year Jr. College students

DETAILS

10 am - 5 pm

A combination of modern catching techniques and traditional fundamentals taught to the most important defensive position on the field.

Camp curriculum includes the fundamentals of blocking, receiving, throwing and defensive specialty plays while also displaying catchers in game skills and throwing metrics.

In addition to the defensive side of the ball campers Will go through an offensive skills rotation and evaluation

This camp is perfect for the serious catcher who wants to learn and play at the next level
